The Road Warriors Internship – Code of Conduct
As a representative of the Thirst Project I agree to place the best interests of the organization above my own personal interests and to always portray myself as a positive role model by projecting an attitude of respect, patience, maturity, tact, and courtesy as well as abstaining from any behavior that would reflect poorly on the mission of The Thirst Project.
Such conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Maintaining clean, neat, modest, appropriate attire that is not obscene or political.
- Being on time for all commitments.
- Abstaining from smoking and foul language.
- Not using or possessing alcohol or illegal drugs.
- Obeying all federal and state laws governing appropriate conduct with minors.
- Abstaining from displays of affection that might be offensive to others.
- Remaining open to constructive criticism.
- Taking responsibility for my conduct and my actions.
- Always demonstrating honesty and integrity.
- Communicating in a professional and respectful manner both verbally and in writing (to include all forms of online communication such as but not limited to facebook and twitter).
- Maintaining a mature posture when handling emotional situations.
- Remaining flexible & teachable.
